PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate the latest name list of supporters by displaying name list information with number data from name list data and displaying map information of the area that a member to be displayed at a map display request. SOLUTION: A TEL dictionary DB 11b is linked with map information coordinate axis X-Y axis information in advance to make it possible to display the location of a corresponding member with number information on a TEL number, etc. Then TEL number retrieval 11 receives a TEL number from a TEL input 11a and preforms retrieval from the TEL dictionary DB 11b to confirm whether or not the TEL number is registered. When so, address, name, and map information is obtained from a TEL dictionary DB 11c and new member information is registered. When not, on the other hand, address and name retrieval for a new member receives information from an address and name input 13a and preforms retrieval from an address and name dictionary DB 131 to confirm whether or not the address and name are registered; when they are found, information is obtained from an address and name DB 13c to register new member information, but when not, completely new member information is newly generated.
