PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a device which automatically generates the minutes of a conference. SOLUTION: Uttered voice data are data-registered in an uttered voice storage means 11 for every identification data of a plurality of speakers. When the uttered voices of the plurality speakers are data-inputted to a voice inputting means 12, recognition is conducted for the speakers and the contents of the uttered voices on the basis of the registered data. The recognized uttered contents are edited by a recording generating means 14 into a prescribed form along with the identification data of the speakers to generate minutes data. Thus, minutes data in which the uttered contents of the plurality of speakers are edited and processed in a prescribed from with the identification data are automatically generated in real time.
