PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head suspension assembly for a disk drive, that a structure is improved so that a slider is turnable with respect to a load beam. SOLUTION: This head suspension assembly is provided with a load beam 41 coupled to the end of an actuator arm 40 turnable in a track direction following-up the track of a disk, a slider 43 supported by the end of the load beam and having a head for recording/reproducing data in the disk, first and second magnetic members 60 and 70 respectively provided in the load beam and the slider, a microactuator 50 for finely turning the slider with respect to the load beam by changing the posture of the magnetic members based on an electromagnetic force, and a connecting means 81 for elastically connecting the first and second magnetic materials with each other.
