PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a filter press as a whole by reducing the stroke of a cylinder which vertically moves a nozzle tube for spraying cleaning liquid. SOLUTION: The filter cloth cleaning device includes a cylinder 13 which is supported by the cylinder body thereof to vertically move a piston rod 13a, a nozzle tube 18 which is vertically movably mounted to the rod 13a, a top nozzle 18a which is provided on the tube 18 to spray cleaning liquid on the top side zone of a filter cloth when the tube 18 is vertically moved, and a lower nozzle 18b which is provided on the tube 18 to spray the cleaning liquid on the lower side zone of the filter cloth when the tube 18 vertically moves.
