PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact failure between a measuring part and electrodes, and improve measuring accuracy by arranging plural electrodes in a closet seat and a handrail part, mensurating, arithmetically operating and displaying body fat on the basis of a resistance value between the respective electrodes, and deciding mensuration time and a start of mensuration according to contact resistance between hip parts. SOLUTION: When performing a prescribed operation composed of washing and drying of private parts by an operation means 5, a device body 1 performs a prescribed control, and a body fat rate is displayed by a display means 4. In this case, plural electrodes 6a to 6d are respectively arranged in left/right both side handrails 7, and plural 6e to 6h are also respectively arranged on the left/right both sides of a closet seat 3. A user sits down on the closet seat 3 and places hands on the handrails 7, and when a prescribed time passes, an electric current is respectively carried to the respective electrodes 6a to 6h to start mensuration of body fat. That is, contact resistance between the respective electrodes 6a to 6d contacting with left/right hip parts of the user is measured, and when a contact resistance value is stabilized after a prescribed time (several seconds) passes, a start of mensuration and mensurating time are decided.
