PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load, move, wash and store simply without taking an installation time. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a base frame 2, an erection frame 3, a left side receiving plate 4 and a right side receiving plate 5. The base frame 2 is constituted so as to be supported by the claw 7A of a forklift 7, the erection frame 3 is composed of an erection frame main body 3A erected on the base frame and a hook 3C provided on the upper end of the erection frame main body, the left side receiving plate is composed of a left side guide 4A and left side receiving plate 4B and a connection pin and also the right side receiving plate 5 is composed of a right side guide 5A and right side receiving plate 5B (5B1, 5B2, 5B3) and a connection pin 5C. These both receiving plates are provided on the rear right/left positions of the base frame 2 facing the rear side.
