PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact paper discharging device by reducing the installation area of a paper discharge tray to be mounted on a paper post-processing device and an image forming device. SOLUTION: In a paper discharging device formed such that an image-formed paper sheet is discharged by a paper discharging means and placed on a paper discharge tray 41, the paper discharge tray 41 comprises a fixed receiving tray body 43, and auxiliary receiving tray members 44 and 45 rotatably supported by the fixed receiving tray body 43. When a given large size paper sheet Sb is discharged to the paper discharge tray 41, its tip part is extended in a paper discharge direction by rotating the auxiliary receiving tray members 44 and 45. When a given small size paper sheet Sa is discharged on the paper discharge tray 41, the paper sheet is moved aside in a direction crossing approximately orthogonally to a paper discharge direction by rotating the auxiliary receiving members 44 and 45.
