PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten disassembly time, reduce disassembly cost, and enable access to an electric ventilation device easily. SOLUTION: This heating or air conditioning device allowing at least a part of it to be installed in a dash board 10 of a motor vehicle includes an electric ventilation device 14 having a case 16 storing an impeller driven by a motor 18 to suck air stream. The case 16 of the electric ventilation device 14 includes a removable part 26 separated from a fixed part 24 of the case positioned close to a wall of the dash board 10. For this reason, it is possible to access an impeller and the motor 18 after at least a part of the dash board 10 is disassembled.
