PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use energy of an anode discharge gas including sensible heat by reducing a discharge amount thereof, to improve power generating efficiency by reducing a necessary steam amount produced by an exhaust heat recovery steam generator and reducing an additional combustion amount of fuel gas, and to suppress carbon precipitation inside a fuel preheater of a reformed gas from a reformer. SOLUTION: In this fuel cell power generating installation provided with a reformer 10, a fuel cell 11, and an exhaust heat recovery steam generator 15, reforming a mixed gas of steam and fuel gas at the reformer 10, reacting the reformed gas at an anode side of the fuel cell 11, and burning a part of an anode exhaust gas 4 for using it at the reformer 10 and the exhaust heat recovery steam generator 15, it is provided with a first anode recycle line 20 recycling a part of the anode exhaust gas 4 to an inlet side of the reformer 10, a spray evaporator 22 provided on this line 20, a second anode recycle line 24 recycling a part of the anode exhaust gas 4 to an outlet side of the reformer 10, and a heat insulated reformer 26 provided on this line 24. |
