<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin integral interior automotive trim part and manufacturing method thereof to improve design properties by applying a skin pattern and a stitch, provide a skin caused to have a touch feeling with a soft feeling, prevent an uneven surface from being formed on a surface, be decreased in weight, and reduce cost through elimination of a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A skin integral interior automotive trim part manufactured by a manufacturing method only comprising a step wherein a core 5 is set on a top mold 7 for molding; a step wherein liquid urethane 12 is thereafter applied or sprayed against the surface of a bottom mold 8 for molding; a step wherein immediately after applying and spraying liquid urethane, the top mold 7 for molding is closed relative to the bottom mold 8 for molding, and further the liquid urethane 12 is cured to form a skin 4 which is adhered to the core 5 for integral formation; and a step wherein an integrally formed molded product 11 with a skin is taken out from a molding tool.</p> |
