PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rolling equipment whose intermediate guides are rapidly changed and which is efficiently utilizable. SOLUTION: This equipment is a rolling equipment in which a U-mill and E-mill are arranged on a pass line P, also intermediate guides 11U, 11D are arranged between these rolling mills and, by reciprocatively moving a rolled stock W in plural passes on the pass line P, reverse rolling is executed. Mounted guide means 12U, 12D for freely movably guiding an intermediate guide device 3F provided with the intermediate guides 11U, 11D in the horizontal direction orthogonally crossed with the pass line P are provided to the U-mill and also a positioning/fixing device 13 for positioning, freely fixing and releasing this intermediate guide device 3F on the pass line P, clamp arm devices 14R, 14L and arm lock devices 15R, 15L are provided.
