PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the healing effect of massage by giving a user fragrance during massage. SOLUTION: A fragrance producing means is constituted of a fragrance producing part 51 and a fragrance guiding part 52. The fragrance producing part 51 is contained inside an arm rest section 5a of a massager, and the fragrance guiding part 52 is contained in each inside of the arm rest section 5a ad a backrest section 3. The fragrance producing part 51 is constituted of a sealable container, an insulating material placed on its bottom, a heater for heating, and a fragrant agent receiving tray. Confirmation of the fragrant agent container and exchange of fragrant agent are possible by opening and closing of a cover of the arm rest section 5a. When massage is started, the heater is supplied with power to heat and vaporize the fragrant agent. The vaporized fragrant agent is guided and discharged near the back head of a user through the guiding part 52. Thus, a massaged person can smell the fragrance to improve the healing effect.
