PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a nursing person to put a wheelchair on a lift and to receive it in a car while the person is outside the car to reduce the burden of the nursing person by providing chain-type arms, guide rails and a wheelchair fixing device on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle is provided with chain-type arms 11, guide rails 9 and a wheelchair fixing device. Thereby, a wheelchair as it is can be put in and out through the rear door and both side doors of a light automobile to a large automobile. Also loading of an electromotive wheelchair is easy, an electromotive wheelchair can be charged while running, and loading on the loading platform of a car is possible. And, a wheelchair can be directly fixed on a wheelchair receiving stand 5 with two sheets of wheelchair fixing plates 6.
