PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide panels used for road utilities or road facilities capable of improving a landscape and having visual line leading effects. SOLUTION: A parallel line group pattern 3 obtained by disposing a plurality of bent lines 2 in parallel with each other is provided on the outer surface of a panel 1 or road utilities. Though the parallel line group pattern 3 put on the outer surface of the panel 1 or the road facilities is drawn actually on a plane, by an optical illusion, appears as if it is projected from or recessed into the surface of the panel 1 or road facilities by its bent shape, and is visually taken as a stereoscopic object. Thus, a landscape is improved, and also visual line leading effects by the parallel line group pattern can be expected.
