PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paraffin pack method requiring no troublesome work such as stirring with a stick, capable of easily doing melting a solid paraffin and cooling-work to an optimum temperature for use in a short time, and applicable easily and safely at shops and ordinary homes. SOLUTION: This method comprises putting a solid paraffin and hot water into a container 1, closing the container 1 with a cap 3 followed by letting the solid paraffin melt with the hot water by shaking the container 1, and then inserting the tips of fingers and nails into the resultant liquid paraffin layer separated by leaving the melted paraffin to stand to give a paraffin pack to the tips of the fingers and nails. The whole volume of the container 1 is preferably around double, in view of easiness of stirring, the total volume of a solid paraffin and hot water to be put into the container. Moreover, it is preferable that a mark 1a to show the amount of hot water to be poured is put on the barrel of the container 1 and also that the amount of hot water to be poured is around quintuple that of a solid paraffin in the weight ratio.
