PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removing work of broken paper by reliably removing sheet-like broken paper of all materials. SOLUTION: A colored paper sheet is placed on a topmost spare paper sheet and detected by an optical detector 46 when the color papered is fed to a printing part. The specified number of upper and lower paper of the colored paper, on which a mark of a fork remains is set to a fork upper broken paper setting part 53 and a fork lower broken paper setting part 54. When the specified set number of paper across the colored paper is discharged, a controller 55 operates a tape inserter operating motor 52 and inserts a tape.
