PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a schedule of a task which constitutes a pipeline so that a waiting time condition is surely met in active pipeline flow control processing. SOLUTION: Each of plural macro-processing to be inputted to an active pipeline is segmented into plural tasks, when a coprocessor device in plural coprocessor devices becomes available, a schedule for transmitting one of the plural tasks to the available coprocessor device in accordance with a specific judgment reference is made up and, every time one of the coprocessor devices becomes available, a step for making up the schedule is repeated until there is no task to be processed.
