PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost without providing a BM(black matrix) an the outer frame part of a CF(color filter) substrate and also to make moires not to be observed at an outer frame part. SOLUTION: In the outer frame part of the CF substrate, a single-layer coloring layer 15b consisting of at least two colors of the coloring layer 15a of a display part is arranged by an arbitrary arrangement with an arbitrary surface ratio independent of that in the display part. Coloring layers of the same color are arranged so as to be overlapped by comforming the pitch of the coloring layer 15b of the outer frame part to the pitch of leader wirings 17 of an AM(active matrix) substrate or the pitch of the coloring layer of the outer frame part is made to be equal to or smaller than 150 μm or preferably to be equal to or smaller than 100 μm in the longitudinal direction of the wiring. |
