PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high reliability of peeling characteristic of an adhesive film in contact with a support and remove a liquid seal from the support quickly with precise reproducibility. SOLUTION: A plurality of liquid seals 36 in which an adhesive film on one face comes into contact with a support 50 and an adhesive film 38 on the other face is covered with a peeling cover 54 are mounted on the support 50. The support 50 is fed into a hole drilling mechanism 70, each liquid seal 36 is positioned in the hole drilling mechanism 70, and the support 50 is fixed in the hole drilling mechanism 70.
