PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook rail for a clothes hanger that comprises a hanging rod attached to the underside of a hanger body and a holding spring member attached to the upper surface of the rod while taking the form of an arc by engagement of each end with the hook part of the hanging rod and to avoid unlocking of the holding spring member attached to the hanging rod, without decreasing ease of assembly of both members. SOLUTION: An insertion shaft 5 which fits into an insertion hole 3 provided in the hook part 2 of a hanging rod 1 is provided at each end of a holding spring member 4, and a locking head 6 which vertically passes through the insertion hole 3 is provided integrally with the end of the insertion shaft 5. When assembled to the hanging rod, the holding spring member 4 is oriented transversely, and after the locking head 6 is passed through the insertion hole 3, the holding spring member 4 is rotated 90 deg. so that it can be attached integrally with the hanging rod.
