PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding tool enabling terminal tackles for fishing to neatly and efficiently be wound and held under a condition that a twist is difficult to be given. SOLUTION: This tool has a configuration that a pivot 3 as the center of rotation is fastened and fixed on a fishing rod 1 and plural terminal tackles 5 efficiently are wound on the circumferential concave groove 10 of a disk-like storing part 6 for winding the terminal tackles under a condition that a twist is difficult to be given to a leader while rotating the storing part 6 with a finger 12.
