PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating surface having strength and corrosion resistance to keep a valve function over a long period of time by seating and mounting a housing incorporating a check valve on the upper surface of a stainless steel plate where a through-hole is formed. SOLUTION: A reinforcement mat 21 is stuck on the upper surface of a stainless steel plate 20, and a recessed part where there is no reinforcement mat 21 to expose the stainless steel plate 20. Secondly, a through-hole 20a is formed in the exposed stainless steel plate 20, and a housing 1 incorporating a valve element 9 having a non-return function is seated and mounted on the upper surface of the stainless steel plate 20 having the through-hole 20a. On the anti-seating side of the housing 1, a drain port 7 is formed to discharge the water passed through a check valve 9 from the through-hole 20a. Accordingly, the seating surface of the housing 1 has strength and corrosion resistance, and valve function can be kept over a long period of time.
