PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noises from being entrained in electric signals transmitted from a patient circuit to a secondary circuit, while keeping the patient circuit and the secondary circuit insulated from each other. SOLUTION: A video processor 3 comprises: a video signal processing circuit 31 for processing signals outputted from a CCD and for outputting an analog brightness signal Y and an analog color signal C; photocouplers 34, 35 serving as signal insulating transmission means for transmitting the analog brightness signal Y and the analog color signal C from a patient circuit 32 to a secondary circuit 33 in an insulating manner; a reference potential transmission photocoupler 36 serving as a reference potential insulation transmission means by which noises generated in the patient circuit 32 are transmitted to the secondary circuit 33 in an insulated fashion; and differential circuits 37, 38 to which the analog brightness signal Y and the analog color signal C transmitted to the secondary circuit 33 and the noises of the patient circuit 32 transmitted to the secondary circuit 33 are inputted as reference potential.
