PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional telephone system with a touch panel, which does not cause the problem, where when the operating load of touch operation becomes higher than a standard value even sn slightly, the displaying section of the system tilts backward and is not able to be operated, and in addition, the displaying contents of the section are not able to be confirmed, because the displaying section is attached to the main body of the system via a hinge. SOLUTION: This multifunction telephone system is provided with a picture displaying section with touch panel on the surface of the main body 1 of the system and a base 6 detachably attached to the rear surface of the main body 1. The attaching position of the base 6 on the rear surface of the main body 1 is made to be changed to two or more sports in the forward and backward directions of the rear surface so that the installed angle of the main body 1 may be adjusted in two or more stages.
