PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a tap body without an attaching mean to the attached surface on an attached surface provided on the tap body. SOLUTION: The base seat 11 is installed on an attached surface while a tab body 2 is overlapped on a front surface, and a rear surface is in contact with the attached surface. A positioning wall 31 extended from front peripheral edges of the base seat 11 along side surfaces of the tap body 2, and positioning the tap body 2 to the base seat 11 is projected. Holding pieces 34 are projected from parts of the positioning wall 31 to hold the tap body 2 against the base seat 11.
