PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more easily used and low-cost optical disk housing case that an optical disk is quickly and easily taken out by one hand. SOLUTION: A box 4 having an opening 3, through which an optical disk holder 5 for holding an optical disk 2 is protruded, is provided with a substrate 9 having side walls in both opposite sides of a flat plate and formed roughly in an H shape, a lid having a fixed gap from the upper surface side of the substrate and engaged for covering, and a bottom plate 11 having a fixed gap from the lower surface side of the substrate and engaged therewith. In the side wall inner surface of the substrate lower surface, a guide rail part 13 for the optical disk holder, a stopper part 17, a hooking step part 18, and an unhooking part 20 for releasing a hooked state are integrally formed, and further, a housing part for housing a jacket, a liner note, explanation, and so on, is formed.
