PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize spot welding equipment capable of increasing spot welding efficiency and reducing a cost by extending a life of a back face member. SOLUTION: A rear part 22 of a back bar 20 is inserted into a space formed to a holder 30, projecting parts 34a, 34b are formed to the lower part of the outer peripheral part of the holder 30 with interposing a split 37. A screw hole 38a pierces the projecting part 34a, a screw hole 38b pierces the projecting part 34b. A bolt 36 is passed through the split 37 from the screw hole 38a, and is screwed into the screw hole 38b. The split 37 is spread in loosing the bolt 36 from fastening and then the rear part 22 by the wall face 31a of the space 31 is released from fastening, a front part is moved in an arrow mark direction F5 direction. By this method, because a new portion of an abutting face is used, a life of the back bar 20 is extended.
