PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burring die capable of releasing a work from the burring die only by moving the work upward after the burring of a side surface of the work. SOLUTION: This burring die comprises a die main body 2 having a thick- walled part 2a and a thin-walled part 2b, a pair of pivotably attached movable dies 1 so as to be turned opposite to each other across the specified outward position on the face side of the thin-walled part 2b of the die main body 2, and split holes 7a, 7b in which a lower corner part of a boundary surface 2d and a surface 1a opposite to the movable dies 1 is passed through the die main body 2 to form one die hole 7 in the condition where a pair of movable dies 1 are closed.
