PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative material having an uneven feeling formed on the surface thereof and excellent in solvent resistance, abrasion resistance and interlaminar strength. SOLUTION: When a base material 2, a colored layer 3 and a pattern layer 4 are successively laminated and a surface protective layer 7 is formed on the pattern layer by using an ionizing radiation curable resin compsn., a cured uniform coating film layer 5 and a negative pattern 6 lower in permeability or a liquid repelling positive pattern having a property repelling paint are interposed between the pattern layer and the surface protective layer.
