PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet useful or safely discarding a medical instrument such as a used syringe or the like without being accompanied by troublesomeness. SOLUTION: A sheet for discarding a medical instrument has a water impermeable film 2 impervious to a liquid such as blood or the like and having flexibility possible to fold double. A water absorbable sheet 3 is laminated on the water impermeable film 2 by an adhesive not shown in the figure or fusing. This water absorbable sheet 3 is made of a synthetic resin and has flexibility possible to fold double and a self-adhesive is applied to the surface of the water absorbable sheet 3 in a scattered state by dot printing and the surface of the water absorbable is exposed between the adjacent self-adhesive spots to ensure the absorption of water from the surface of the water absorbable sheer 3.
