PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carrier for a photocatalyst of a fluororesin which shows a good transmittance of effective light to the photocatalyst. SOLUTION: This carrier for a photocatalyst comprises a fluorine-containing random copolymer which has a repeating unit represented by CF2CF2 and a repeating unit represented by CF(ORf)CF2 (provided, however, that Rf is a hydrocarbon halide), the repeating unit represented by CF2CF2 being 60-92 mol% and the repeating unit represented by CF(ORf)CF2 8-40 mol%, respectively. |
