<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of occurrence of transmission retries and to surely and quickly transmit emergency information data to plural terminal devices by setting the timing, with which the circuit of another group always becomes idle when the emergency information data are transmitted to the terminal devices. SOLUTION: An emergency information server device 2 divides plural circuits of a server dial up router 7 into plural groups and transmits the emergency information data to plural terminal devices 4 with a timing, with which the circuit of a group always become idle when the circuit of another group is used for transmitting the emergency information data. Thus, a transmission errors will not occur in every group, even to its own continuous transmission of emergency information data, since a circuit idle time always exists between the start time of connection and the end time of non-communication time of the precedent connection even if it is a 2nd and subsequent transmission groups which uses the same circuit for the router 7.</p> |
