PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting structure for an electric vehicle capable of mounting a battery on one side on the lower side of a vehicle body floor without impairing support stability. SOLUTION: Since a plurality of case skeleton parts 16 provided in the direction of vehicle width are connected across a side member 3 on the outdoor side and a cross member 4 on the capin side in a battery case 12, diffusion and burdening of battery load are satisfactorily done to increase support rigidity, even if the battery case 12 exists eccentrically on one side of a vehicle body floor.
