PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper device capable of being installed even in a narrow case by providing a spring means for drawing a movable means to a fixed means, a guide means for changing the direction of a coin discharged by the spring means through between the fixed means and movable means. SOLUTION: When a coin is pushed in between a fixed roller 24 as the fixed means and a movable roller 26 as the movable means, the movable roller 26 is moved against a spring 66. Namely, when the coin passes between the rollers 24 and 26, the coin is springed out of the device with the elastic force of the spring 66. The coin springed out of the device from between the rollers 24 and 26 has its direction changed by abutting against a roller 53 as a guide means and is discharged obliquely downward. Thus, the direction of the coin which is discharged can be changed by adding the simple configuration, so that the coin hopper device which can be installed even in a narrow case is obtained.
