PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily distinguish a photographic film negative from the other by holding split fragments of an adhesive present immediately before a sleeve for holding split segments of the negative based on a row of a positive image in each row of the image on an index print. SOLUTION: Rows 20 of positive images 16A to 16S on an index print 10 are arranged corresponding to negative images 40A to 40T of negatives 38A to 38E stored in a sleeve 34. The print 10 on the row 20 has the four positive images 16A to 16D, and negative split fragments 38A inserted into a bottom sleeve 34 have the four negative images 40A to 40D. The print 10 can be adhered to a sleeving material 12. The row of the images 16A to 16D is present directly above the fragments 38A based on the images 16A to 16D. When the print 10 and the material 12 are once assembled, the first image 16A at the left corner of the print 10 corresponds to the negative image 40A at the left corner of the fragment 38A.
