PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make realizable the uniformizing of respective input or output characteristics by suppressing the variation in wiring impedances without broadening the wiring space in an array structure in which circuit cells and input or output electrodes form pairs. SOLUTION: In an LCD driving semiconductor integrated circuit (chip) 30, respective stages of a shift register circuit part 3 are manufactured in the peripheral area of the chip 30 and respective stages of a driver circuit part 7 are manufactured on the center line L1 sides. Signal electrodes 81 to 8N of respective bits are formed in an X-direction band shaped areas 33 along the center line L1 which are adjacent to the driver circuit part 7 and output electrodes 8i+1 to 8N are arranged in a staggered shape. Since output electrodes 8i and 8i+1 each other have overlapped parts in Y direction, the width of the chip can be suppressed. Since power wirings 36 to 40 of power voltages VH to V5 which are to supply power with respect to the driver circuit part 7 have a closed loop connection making one round around the output electrodes 81 to 8N of the inner side area and the wirings do not cross with each other, the unevenness of display contrast can be suppressed by the uniformizing of wiring impedances. |
