PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a loudspeaker by which the response of the loudspeaker can be enhanced without especially changing material of a cone and to provide the loudspeaker manufactured by this manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A circular-arc side of arc ribs 4A-4D whose one side is formed nearly to be a circular-arc is opposed to a curved plate (plate) 2, after fixing ends of the ribs 4A-4D to the curved plate 2, the circular-arc side of the ribs 4A-4D is fixed to the curved plate 2 while curving the curved plate 2 to form a diaphragm.
