PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-frequency therapeutic device with a foot attachment part for securely positioning a conductor part at an effective part of a user's foot (e.g. the root of the toe, the arch of the foot, muscle, etc.), to be treated and securely making low-frequency currents flow through the effective part without floating the foot attachment part in order to remove an ache and fatigue of the toe of the user resulting from wearing high-heel shoes. SOLUTION: This treatment device has a base 1 which can be attached to the front half of a foot including at least the arch on the rear of the foot, and a toe position determining part is formed in the base 1. The treatment device also has a conductor part 4 located near the root of the toe in the base 1, a conductor part 4 located in the shank of the base 1 which is energized upward, and a holder part for holding the instep of the foot from above.
