PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bead which is suitable for health maintenance, diet and a material for an accessory by disposing at least one penetrated hole in a bead main body which radiates far IR light. SOLUTION: This ceramic bead is obtained by disposing at least one penetrated hole 2 in a ceramic bead main body 1 which has an egg-like or spherical outer shape and radiates far IR light. An accessory such as a necklace or a bracelet can be made by passing a fiber member through the holes 2 of the plural ceramic bead main bodies 1 to arrange the beads. A cloth-like member on whose surface the plural ceramic beads the regularly arranged and held can also be made. When the accessory using the ceramic beads is used, blood circulation, metabolism and the like are stimulated by the radiated far IR light, and a good health-maintaining effect is obtained. When a garment using the cloth member having the ceramic beads is worn, stiffness in the shoulders and lumbago can be reduced and cured. |
