摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject compounds without accompanying the deposition of rhodium by carrying out a hydroformylating reaction of an olefinically unsaturated compound with a rhodium-phosphite-based complex catalyst and then converting the rhodium into a stable enolate complex. SOLUTION: An olefinically unsaturated compound (e.g. an α-olefin, an internal olefin or an alkyl alkenoate) is reacted with carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the presence of a rhodium-phosphite-based complex catalyst (a triaryl phosphite, a trialkyl phosphite, an aryl alkyl phosphite or the like is cited as the phosphite compound) in the liquid phase and hydroformylated. When at least one component is separated from a reactional liquid after completing the hydroformylating reaction, the rhodium in the reactional liquid is made to exist as an enolate complex represented by the formula (R1 to R3 are each H, an alkyl, an alkoxy or the like or two or more of R1 to R3 may be bound to form a ring; L1 and L2 are each carbonyl or a phosphite ligand) to thereby produce the objective compounds.
