PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane for a motor fan which enables adapting of an advanced correction level by balance correction at any portion in the axial direction without deteriorating workability in the balance correction. SOLUTION: A vane 1 for motor fan and balance correction means thereof comprise small holes or preferably U grooves opening on the inner peripheral face side provided on a rotor hub on the inner peripheral surface side whose depth varies at least in part. Alternatively, a recessed portion 4-5 is provided with inclination in the circumferential or axial direction. Furthermore, a weight for balance correction is structured to insert and fix into any part of the recessed portion 4-5.
