PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a crime preventive function of a cautious lock by locking/ unlocking the cautious lock not only from the indoor side but also from the outdoor side. SOLUTION: In a cautious lock of a door having a support bracket 3 installed on an indoor side surface of a tip part of a door 2, a hookingly fastening pin 5 installed on a door frame 4 for supporting the door 2 and a hookingly fastening arm 6 rotatably arranged in a cantilever shape on the support bracket 3 and slidingly connectable in the arm lengthwise direction to the hookingly fastening pin 5, an inserting part 24 capable of inserting the hookingly fastening pin 5 in a state of crossing at almost right angle to the arm lengthwise direction is formed on the tip part side of the hookingly fastening arm 6. A hookingly fastening member for moving between a locking position for preventing slipping- out of the hookingly fastening pin 5 inserted into this inserting part 24 and an unlocking position for releasing this slipping-out prevention is arranged on the hookingly fastening arm 6, and a locking device 7 is arranged to lock the hookingly fastening member on the locking position.
