PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fishing rod to stably be stood on an embankment or a tetrapod (R) and to enable a fishing line to be situated near the fishing rod so as to recognize a delicate bite. SOLUTION: A frame is fixed on the lower part of a fishing rod-holding stand 2 so as for the stand 2 not to topple over. When the stand 2 is used on a tetrapod, the frame is fitted on the tetrapod to stabilize itself.
