PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker and a loud speaker box which require no fixing jig, then easily manufactured, which are miniaturized and easily overhauled because a distance between a loudspeaker font side and an interference member is decreased and to provide a manufacturing method of the loudspeaker. SOLUTION: A loudspeaker 10 transducing an electric signal into a sound wave is provided with a frame 12, a diaphragm 14 supported by the frame 12, a permanent magnet, a coil 22 that generates power to produce an attracting/repulsing force with the permanent magnet through an electromagnetic force by being energized and to deliver vibration to the diaphragm 14, which vibrates air, a lead wire 50 one end of which is connected to the coil 22, and a terminal member 24 that has one end and the other end, is penetrated through the frame 12, whose one end is connected to an external input connection section 44, whose other end 42 is connected to the other end of the lead wire 50. The lead wire 50 is placed on a rear face of the diaphragm 14.
