PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a dispersing operation and, at the same time, make application to a blend with high viscosity possible. SOLUTION: A dispersing pin support 15 which fastens a dispersing pin 14 to a rotary shaft 12 is of such a constitution that a connecting part 152 is provided which forms a bottom wall connecting an inner cylindrical part 156 to an outer cylindrical part 151 and the lower ends of the outer cylindrical part 151 and the inner cylindrical part 156 together. Further, the dispersing pin 14 is implanted on the outer periphery of the outer cylindrical part 151 and, at the same time, the tip of the rotary shaft 12 is introduced into the inner cylindrical part 156 and fixed there. In addition, a plurality of openings 153, 154 through which passage of a dispersion medium 37 is allowed, are formed in the outer cylindrical part 151 and the connecting part 152. The rotary shaft 12 is introduced into a basket 20 through an opening 38 formed in the center of a lid plate 22. The lower end of cylindrical part 39 jutting out downward passing through the opening 38 is made to extend upto the outer cylindrical part 151 of the dispersing pin support 15.
