PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance as well as feeling by pulling the bending section of a mat into a mat base side by a pulling section so as to be bent sharply. SOLUTION: This massaging chair is provided with a bending section 5 on a mat 4 containing a cushioning material 3 between an upper cloth 1 and a lower cloth 2. A pulling section 7 is provided for pulling in the upper cloth 1 at the bending section 5 of the mat 4 to a mat base 6 with this mat 4 mounted on the mat base 6. Thereby, the bending section of the mat can be sharply bent to improve its appearance and feeling in using and the assembling property of the mat is also improved as the bending section is easily bent to fix.
