PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the profitability and maintainability of a heated toilet seat unit, compactness for saving the space to install it, and reliability. SOLUTION: A power control part 4 for an electric heating element 2 is provided at the end of a power cord 4 extended from a toilet seat part 1 having the electric heating element 2 therein, and an attachment plug 6 for a receptacle is provided integrally therewith. The power control part 3 is provided with a control part, such as a diode for controlling inputs to the heating element 2, and also with an output changeover switch 8, so that the laying and connecting of the power cord 4, fixing of the power control part 3 in position, and an output switching operation can be easily performed. An economical heated toilet seat unit enhancing appearance and safety in a toilet and having excellent maintainability and controllability can thus be obtained.
