PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driven pulley mechanism of a motor-driven curtain device that allows a runner to be easily taken in and out and eliminates the need to adjust tension on a slide cord. SOLUTION: In this driven pulley mechanism 1 having between a frame 2 connected to a curtain rail 10 and a pulley case 3 freely rotatably supporting a pulley 5 a coil spring 9 for resiliently pressing the pulley case toward an outer end, a shank 4 into which the pulley fits from above and a spring channel part 8 being open at its top and at one end and approaching the pulley at the other end which receives the other end of the coil spring 9 are formed integrally with the pulley case 3, and a spring receiver 13 hanging down into the spring channel to receive the one end of the coil spring 9 is formed integrally with the frame 2. A pulley cover 7 for regulating the vertical position of the pulley is attached to the pulley case 3, and an end cap 16 and an under cap 30 which surround the driven pulley mechanism are freely removably mounted on the frame 2.
