PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize hardware simplification and power consumption reduction by finding CIRs(channel impulse responses) through a small quantity of operation, and in addition, to realize the optimum frequency error estimation by adjusting the detecting accuracy and detecting range of frequency errors. SOLUTION: This device for estimating frequency errors is provided with two CIR estimating devices(0) 2 which input received signals 1 containing an already known series and estimate CIRs, based on a correlative value acquired at prescribed timing from a plurality of correlators which calculate the cross correlation between an already known series recognized on the receiving side and the already known series contained in the signals 1 and a frequency error calculator 3, which calculates frequency errors based on the estimated CIRs. |
