摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a KNbO3 crystal to a holding table and to prevent the occurrence of a multidomain due to temperature change by specifying the coefficient of thermal expansion of the material of the holding table and fixing the (c) face of the KNbO3 crystal on the holding table. SOLUTION: The KNbO3 crystal element comprises a KNbO3 single crystal 17 and a holding table 16 which holds the crystal 17. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the material of the holding table 16 is in the range of 1×10-5-3×10-5/ deg.C in which a multidomain does not occur. The material of the holding table 16 is preferably copper, aluminum or an alloy containing >=50 wt.% of the metals. In order to fix the KNbO3 single crystal 17 on the holding table 16, the holding table 16 is put on a hot plate 15, an epoxy adhesive is thinly applied on the holding table 16 and the (c) face of the KNbO3 single crystal 17 is put on the adhesive surface of the holding table 16 and bonded.</p>
